Exchanges and returns

Would you like to exchange or return a product? You can easily do so within 30 days of receipt. Please register your return within 30 days and then send the product back within 14 days. The purchase amount will be back in your account within five working days after we have received the return shipment.

Easy returns in three steps

Step 1: register your return. Register your return using the model withdrawal form (at the bottom of this page) or by email via support@elevare-eu.com. Include the completed form with your return shipment.

Step 2: send your order. Send the items together with the completed return form to our return address: Elevare, Vierheemskinderstraatje 10a, 4101 BV Culemborg, The Netherlands. Ensure your package has a track and trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment; this prevents misunderstandings.

Step 3: receive the purchase amount in your bank account. As soon as we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within five working days.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

Are you exercising your right of withdrawal (within the 30-day cooling-off period)? Then you are responsible for the costs of returning the package. Is the product defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly? Then we will pay the return costs; in that case, please contact us first via the contact form, and we will find the best solution together.

You can also report your withdrawal by letter or email using the form below. Only fill it in and send it back if you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
